Friday Wine Day
I have had a few wine novice asking for sweet wines that can serve as a introduction to other wines.
One of my favorites is the Harvest Select Riesling by Chateau St. Michele. If you like typical Rieslings this will be an extra special treat. If you haven't tried typical Rieslings, this is a great place to start. A great compliment to spicy foods, this wine, with hints of pears, holds onto a very subtle crispness.
I typically pick this wine when I am looking for something sweet but not super fruity.
