What's in my May Ipsy Glam Bag? - Day #2

Tuesday Review:
Take It Off! Exfoliating Honey Peel Off Mask by Hey Honey

I love facial scrubs, so I was excited to try this one.

I was surprised to find a very light, gel mask instead of a heavy, thick mask. After washing, I applied the gel, infused with honey extract, all over my face, read a chapter in my book, then peeled it. The mask smelled good, although not really like honey, and dried quickly. Since the mask was thin, it was slightly difficult to peel, so I rinsed the remaining mask with cool water. My face was a little red, but it felt very smooth.

The real results came the next morning. My face felt smooth and looked renewed.
Tip: Exfoliating, washing away all of that dead skin, at least once a week will leave your skin feeling and looking refreshed.

Major Downfall: At $35 for 1.7 ounces, this mask is a little pricey --- especially with other cheaper exfoliating masks on the market (although the use of honey, a natural ingredient, is nice). The saving grace --- the profits from their daily featured products are donated to organizations that help, protect, and assist abused women.

Hey Honey, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, has a wide selection of skincare products, that use honey. Shop their products online.
