Friday Review: Chella Indigo Blue Eyeliner

I do not typically wear eye liner because honestly, I am too lazy, and I can't draw a straight line. This liner, in indigo blue (great as we move into Spring), went on pretty easily - despite my complete incompetence in applying eye liner.

The formula dried quickly, and the color really made my eyes pop (the color would especially compliment people with brown eyes). My only complaint was that although it claimed to be smudge-proof, after a couple of hours, I had rogue eye liner under my eyes.

Still, easy to apply and great color, I give this product one thumb up.
